American Truckers’ Legal Association (ATLA) protects your CDL from the first day of joining. Our network of expert CDL attorneys fights all CDL tickets, private auto, and other legal problems that come your way in the United States and Canada. Among the violations challenged are speeding, off the route, failure to yield, trucking accident, wrong lane, and suspensions. Hassle tickets, civil lawsuits, immigration, labor disputes, criminal lawsuits, overweight, logbook, parking and equipment violations are fought on a case-by-case basis. CSA/DAC disputes are tackled. STANDARD PROGRAM

The standard membership sign-up is only $48.50 per month and a one-time $45.00 enrollment fee. Total to sign up is $93.50 – then $48.50 monthly.

PRE-EXISTING PROGRAM

Even if you already have a ticket or legal problem, we work hard to get you represented by our winning, discounted trucking attorney network and a Free Review. If tickets are old, with court dates passed, we still seek attorney advice. Hassle, overweight, DOT, parking, logbook, equipment, criminal, and civil lawsuits, and immigration are fought on a case-by-case basis.

Drivers joining under the Pre-Existing Program Membership pay a one-time enrollment fee of $36.50 and $291.00 for the first 6 months pre-paid membership. There is a $72.00 processing fee per ticket. The total cost to set up their legal fund with 6 months dues is $399.50 with one ticket – and then they also do not pay dues for 6 months and are covered. (Payment plans and current promotions are possible.) At the end of 6 months, dues begin at only $48.50 monthly. Cancellation can be done in writing before dues begin.

The discounted, flat fee for the pre-existing attorney is paid by the driver under this plan. Then after joining, for any future moving violation tickets, ATLA pays the first $100 of the attorney costs.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

There is no better testimony than from one driver to another about how much ATLA helps and supports truckers.

When one driver joins on the referral of another, ATLA appreciates it by sending the referring driver a $25 thank you check. This happens over and over, and we love doing it!

If you send a trucker our way, be sure they give us your name and phone number; so we can make the thank you happen when they join!

COMPANY PROGRAM

ATLA offers bigger, discounted rates to trucking companies that enroll a group of drivers to protect them.

One monthly payment covers all employees, and each driver still holds a membership in their name.

Companies can also select a Driver Pool; where a group of drivers manage the coverage.

Member trucking companies do not pay dues; and have access to the winning network attorneys at their reduced, flat fees.

Our company programs have proven to keep drivers on the road and out of court. Points for CSA/DAC, and insurance rates stay low.
