About ATLA – CDL Defense For Over 30 Years

AMERICAN TRUCKERS’ LEGAL ASSOCIATION (ATLA) was founded in 1987 to help professional truck drivers throughout the United States and Canada protect their CDLs and livelihood.  Expert CDL defense attorneys, with reduced, flat fees, fight most traffic violations, and most legal problems.  This saves drivers from unfamiliar court procedures and unproven attorneys who do not discount their legal fees.  Over the years, we’ve seen a strong 9 out 10 win rate by the trucking lawyers to keep CDLs clean and dispute CSA/DAC points.*

Putting ATLA on their cases gives professional truck drivers the option to stay out on the road; saving their wages, letting them keep working, avoiding the hassle of court dealings, and travel costs to court.  We accept most pre-existing tickets, missed court dates, and legal problems. With caring for the drivers and their families, rates have not been raised for 22 years.

As a Better Business Bureau member in good standing for over twenty years (A + rating), we regularly update our large network of CDL attorneys, nationwide and Canada, who discount their fees for ATLA members and successfully fight for the drivers’ CDLs.
